Airbnb needed a creative team with an outside perspective yet a strong connection to its internal business outcomes and culture. How could we bridge the gap to provide the resources and fresh thinking of an agency with the swiftness and insider knowledge of an internal team?
We created an operational structure that allowed a creative embedded pod to absorb the Airbnb culture, quickly execute marketing projects, and grow with its increasing marketing needs. The structure allows the core pod to trigger the larger agency team for added support.
